Taking my 2nd Year Project - Cherry Lane Hospice, I apply full local and national legislation to the design. Using the RIBA Plan of Work 2013, the project is scrutinised through Stages 1 to 5, from Strategic Definition to Detailed Design. The design is simulated being put through project procurement and an estimation of cost also.  See the document below.
